10x20 booths: How to create a big impact with a small booth

If you ask the top exhibitors you will know; when it comes to trade shows size doesn’t matter as much as the presentation does. So, if your brand can afford small inline booths i.e. 10x20 booths and cannot reach the higher options, do not panic. You can still create magic with these small booths by following these tips.

De-clutter your 10x20 booth from the start

As the biggest tip for trade show success, only include what is impactful and required. This commonly goes wrong for the first time exhibitors who wish to display all in one go. Only keep highlights of your brand so that the more important products are into the spotlight and the potential leads can easily detect you in the crowd.

Have a proper lightening

Lighting increases more than just the brightness of your booth, it enhances a brand’s visibility. Using LED lights, recessed lights and accent lights can create a warm and appealing surrounding in your 10X20 booth and that will help your booth attract crowd from a distance. These also highlight your literature and graphics helping passerby get a clear understanding of your brand.

Employ good quality graphics

A great printed graphic in the center displaying your brand’s name, logo and some key points may sound conventional but is the easiest way to attract the buyers. Make sure that the quality of graphics along with your stationery and giveaways is appropriate. These also are the first impression makers of your 10 X 20 booth so make sure they are handles professionally.

Bring out the creative genius

Being creative and organized is a great combination which can get your buyers straight to your booth. Do not be afraid of going out of the conventional displays and creating your own booth layout. As far as your visitors get a good glimpse of your products, don’t be afraid of experimenting.

Focus on shining with all that you possess and you will definitely create more impact and generate more leads and revenues.
